1.we work around the clock and seven days a week. And without holidays.
2.please come only with children, no pets allowed. We love them very much, but we can't accommodate them in our hotel.
3.No Smoking is not just a sign or a useless request. And our requirement. Smoking is possible on the balconies and terraces. And we have a very good fire alarm system, we checked.

A prepayment of 15% of the room rate is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation policy and refund of prepayment: if you cancel your reservation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date of your arrival, the payment will be refunded in full, minus 10% of the cashless payment amount to your current account (card) in UAH. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 calendar days in advance, the hotel will not refund the prepayment.
